Returns:

Antiques: All antiques are sold "AS IS", please ensure to inspect each item before finalizing the purchase in store. If purchasing antiques on-line, please know that all antiques are sold "AS IS", please request additional pictures if necessary before the final purchase.

Home Decor: In Store Purchases: Request measurements and/or inspect your items before finalizing the purchase in store to ensure you are satisfied due to "All sales are final". Only items found defective within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, are potentially allowed to be exchanged for only store credit upon managements approval. All store credits must be used within 30 calendar days. We will only issue store credits! No cash or card refunds! We will not offer an exchange, refund or store credit for any item, for any reason if you have passed 7 calendar days of date on receipt.

Shipping:

Chelle's performs a "top of the line" inspection on all items before packaging and shipping. If items arrive damaged, or get lost in the mail, You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We have insurance on every package for this purpose. Chelle's is not responsible for any damaged or broken products that occur during shipping. Chelle's does not refund or exchange broken or lost items.  Please expect up to 4 days to process orders before being mailed.  All sales are final on antiques and home decor purchases.

 

Chelle's takes pride in supporting unique businesses and understands that some products are handmade and will have imperfections and color variations. This is expected and is a natural result of the handmade process and should be considered when you finalize your purchase.
